Inclusive.
Capable.
Impactful.

Our impact

We exist to increase meaningful employment and career development opportunities for people with disability and diverse populations.

We do this by fostering an inclusive, capability-driven workplace for all. This means maintaining a supportive and accessible environment in all levels of operations, including skilled trades, and creating lasting pathways to employment and social impact.

Former Paralympians face gaps in work history due to elite sport commitments, psychological adjustment after retiring from competition and a lack of industry-specific qualifications.

That’s where we come in. By delivering inclusive trades-based training, traineeships, nationally recognised qualifications and employment entry points, we’re also supporting some outstanding people to grow their skillsets, hone their talents and meaningfully contribute to their families and communities.
